An impressive project of Bread and Water for Africa®, given the relatively small initial investment, has been the mobile health clinic run by the Kabwata Orphanage and Transit Centre in Zambia since 2002.  The staff and volunteers at Kabwata have truly shown how a commitment to the welfare of their local communities, a knack for resourcefulness, and  unflagging perseverance can change lives!
